Director Statement:

Bullet To The Heart is our homage to the action movies of the 80s and 90s; Lethal Weapon, Die Hard, Bad Boys, but with a British comedy heart. I desperately wanted to shoot on 35mm and have lots of unmotivated smoke and backlighting. So we did. And it was glorious and painful and wonderful and foolish and wise all at the same time. Aisling Bea and Brett Goldstein, my writers and stars are excellent as is my entire crew. Shoot film!
