Ivan Danilov is a district police officer and a “small fry” in the police system. He’s honest, hardworking and law abiding. But everyone around him – from crooks to light-fingered cops – are living better than him. It seems they are a law unto themselves. One day Ivan decides to rise above the law. His first attempt almost fails. But Ivan’s more experienced and high-ranking colleague Sergey takes him under his wing. And from this moment, the life of the district police officer Danilov radically changes. He is no longer a “small fry” and now even capable of kidnapping a child.
